5 virtues for people who come to the islamic study

HAPPY for those of you who like to attend science assemblies or maybe we are more familiar with the name of the study. Whether it's a study held in a mosque or in other buildings and places. Below are some of the advantages for people who like to attend science or study assemblies.

The meaning of “they will be surrounded by angels” is explained by Al Mula Ali Al Qari:

"It means that they will be helped and facilitated in their efforts to seek knowledge" (Mirqatul Mafatih, 1/296).

1It is jihad fi sabilillah

People who go to the mosque to study syar'i are considered jihad fi sabilillah. Rasulullah SAW said, "Whoever enters our mosque (Nabawi mosque) to learn goodness or to teach it, then he is like a mujahid fi sabilillah. And whoever enters it not with that purpose, then he is like someone who is looking at something that does not belong to him." (Narrated by Ibn Hibban).

2 Recorded as a person who prays until he returns home

If a person goes to the mosque intending to pray, then after the prayer there is a recitation (assessment of knowledge), then as long as he is in the assembly of knowledge and as long as he is in the mosque, he continues to be recorded as a person praying until he returns home.

The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi Wasallam said:

"If a person performs ablution at home and then goes to the mosque, he will continue to be recorded as praying until he returns. So don't do it like this (then he gives an example of tasybik with his fingers)." (HR. Al Hakim, Ibn Khuzaimah).

Tasybik is intertwining the fingers.

3 His needs are recorded in 'illiyyin'

If a person goes to the mosque intending to pray, then after the prayer there is a recitation (assessment of knowledge) until the time of the next prayer (such as recitation between maghrib and Isha), then he continues to record the good deeds that he did in the mosque, in 'illiyyin.

The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi Wasallam said:

"A person who after the prayer (in the mosque) then stays there until the next prayer, without doing laghwun (vanity) between the two, the practice will be recorded in 'illiyyin" (Narrated by Abu Dawud).

Explained by Shaykh Sulaiman bin Amir Ar Ruhaili hafizhahullah:

"The record of charity in 'illiyyin is a record of charity that will not be damaged and will not be opened until the Day of Resurrection, preserved forever, will not be reduced in the slightest."

People who go out of their homes to the mosque to seek syar'i knowledge, then he is taking the path of seeking knowledge. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said:

"Whoever follows a path of seeking knowledge, Allah will make it easy for him to lead to Paradise." (Narrated by At Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud).

5 Get peace, mercy and be glorified by the Angels

People who study the Qur'an in the mosque called by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam will get peace, mercy and glorification from the Angels. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

"It is not a people who gather in one of the houses of Allah (mosque) to recite the Book of Allah and study it with one another, but that sakinah (peace be upon them) will descend upon them, they will be covered by mercy, they will be surrounded by angels and Allah will mention them. with the exalted creatures with Him." (HR. Muslim).
