One Prayer To Dispel All Distress

TIMESOFISLAM.ORG, TANJUNG ENIM - In times of turmoil like this, our safety and security can sometimes be disturbed. Not only large disturbances, but there are also small and even imperceptible disturbances that can make a loss in our lives.

For example, there are currently a lot of foods that contain harmful chemicals. Then it can't be eaten and eventually causes illness.

There is a prayer taught by Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam to ask Allah for help from dangerous bad things. The Messenger of Allah said:

"If in the afternoon you say A'UDZU BI KALIMATILLAHITTAMMATI MIN SYARRI MAA KHALAQ will certainly not harm you." (Hadith History. Muslim)

أَعُوذُبِكَلِمَاتِاللَّهِالتَّامَّاتِمِنْشَرِّمَاخَلَقَ
Meaning:

"I take refuge in Allah's perfect sentences from the evil of the creatures He created."

This word relates to someone who came to the Prophet because of a scorpion stung. The Prophet, as a role model for all Muslims, said that prayer would protect against all distress.

So, besides Bismillahirrahmanirrahim, this prayer is the most recited prayer.
