HOW DO WE REMOVE THE OFFER?

Praise be to Allah who has said:

وَإِنِ اسْتَنْصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ

"And if asking for your help for religious reasons, then you are obliged to help ..." (Q.S. Al-Anfal: 72)

Blessings and greetings may be abundant to His noble Apostles, givers of good news and warners, as well as for his family and friends. Amma ba'du.

Forgive myself, O lovers of Allah, namely mujahidin who are in custody. I pray that Allah will not only make this article as part of our relief efforts, I even ask that Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala help us in our efforts to help our brothers and sisters - and we do not consider them holy before God - by freeing them from captivity, and we ask God to hasten it for them.

My friends who I love for Allah, actually da'wah to monotheism and jihad go through its great stages, since the founding of the first congregation under the leadership of God's best servants, namely our Prophet Muhammad Shallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam.

In essence, on this occasion we would like to present some picture of the position of prisoners in these stages. The right of captives to Muslims and the obligations of those held captive. We ask that Almighty God rectifies our words, confirms the truth, and treats the hurt of those who believe in it.

The first pilgrims under the leadership of Muhammad Sallallaahu a Alaihi wa Sallam had all the burden of deen and da'wah in the form of assistance, mobilization of all abilities and sacrifices of his knights who were confronted between being prisoners or dying in battle.

Our condition today is also like that, it is the mujahidin in the way of Allah who have carried out the tasks of jihad to drive out the enemies who attack, uphold the shari'ah of the Muslims and go through stages of captivity and testing, as well as lack of property and personal.

However, these are the stages that must be passed, because jihad today is not only against one country or one nation, but this is a war against a bloc consisting of pagan nations and their accomplices. The Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said:

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يوشك أن تداعى عليكم الأمم من كل أفق كما تداعى الأكلة على قصعتها قال قلنا يا رسول الله أمن قلة بنا يومئذ قال أنتم يومئذ كثير ولكن تكونون غثاء كغثاء السيل ينتزع المهابة من قلوب عدوكم ويجعل في قلوبكم الوهن قال قلنا وما الْوَهْنُ قَالَ حُبُّ الْحَيَاةِ وَكَرَاهِيَةُ الْمَوْتِ. رواه الإمام أحمد ، وقال شعيب الأرنؤوط: إسناده حسن

"The time is almost at hand, where all nations will surround you as people swarm over the food on the dinner table." Someone asked: "O Messenger of Allah, is it because at that time we were few?" He replied: "On that day your number is a lot, but you are like foam at sea.

Allah revokes the fear of your enemies and puts Wahn's disease in your heart. "Some asked:" What is Wahn's disease? "He replied:" Wahn is the love of life and fear of death. "(Narrated by Imam Ahmad and Syu'aib Al Arnauthi said: "sanadnya hasan.")

And organizationally and worshipers, we are still the same as what the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said:
قال عنها الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لا تَزَالُ عِصَابَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي يُقَاتِلُونَ عَلَى أَمْرِ اللَّهِ قَاهِرِينَ لِعَدُوِّهِمْ لا يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَالَفَهُمْ حَتَّى تَأْتِيَهُمْ السَّاعَةُ وَهُمْ عَلَى ذَلِكَ " رواه مسلم
There will always be a group of people from my people who fight on the command of Allah, they will be hard on their enemies, will not be able to endanger those who oppose them, and they will remain like that until the Day of Judgment comes. "HR. Muslim.

The catastrophe and suffering that befell us on the path of da'wah and jihad is a consequence that must be lived as a means to arrive at our greatest goal, so that this religion entirely belongs only to Allah.
...As if the test in arrest, is a stage that must be passed on this road. The victory in this stage is to remain tsabat (firm stance), not just succumbing or turning back.

In this paper - God willing - we will mention several stages (phases) that the first pilgrims (the Messenger of Allah and his companions) went through in order to help the captives.

First Stage: Pray for Prisoners, Spread and Remind Them with a Great Reward from Allah Ta'ala.

When the first pilgrims displayed a strict attitude and monotheism in da'wah, the Quraysh immediately treated these bearers in the most abominable ways, both by arrest and murder.

Among the forms of abomination is to arrest all family members in one family as Ammar bin Yassir, his mother and father - may Allah bless them all -.

They experienced various kinds of torture in front of everyone, outright and not in a holding cell. The commander of the congregation, Muhammad Shallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam, walked past them and witnessed the condition of his followers who were tied to a rope, as well as men and women.

However, this view did not make him reduce the tension of da'wah and his firmness to relieve torture to his friends. Because iqomatuddin (religious enforcement) must be prioritized over lives.

He even sallallaahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam advised them to be patient and depend their hearts on Allah and remind them of the promises of Allah's reward for their patience in dealing with such torment. He said:
صبراً آل ياسر فإن موعدكم الجنة
Be patient, O family of Yassir, because what Allah has promised you is heaven.

As if the test in arrest, is a stage that must be passed on this road. The victory in this stage is to remain tsabat (firm stance), not just succumbing or turning back.

The Prophet sallallaahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam did not order them to take rukhsoh (relief), or by sending the masyayikhs to calm them to be" weak "in matters of religion or to prefer" taroju "(withdrawing / withdrawing).

Sumayyah and her husband Yassir were killed - may Allah bless them both - but that did not change the worshipers' worship in the slightest. In fact, they remained firm until God provided a way out for the other captives, at a later stage.
...Abu Bakr - may Allah bless him - redeem the prisoners and free him because of Allah. This is the stage of redemption.
Second Stage: Redeeming With Property.

When the Meccan pagans felt hopeless in the face of the prisoners' determination over their religion and monotheism, they began to reduce the tension of hostility to gain worldly benefits.

One time Abu Bakr - may Allah bless him -, passed in front of prisoners who were being tortured and bargained with the polytheists who were capturing them. They immediately agreed, because they are more pleased with the world than the Hereafter, while the friends actually spend the world to get the hereafter.

This is a striking difference between the two manhajs, one manhaj wants the world and the other party wants the hereafter. Then Abu Bakr - may Allah bless him - redeem the prisoners and free him because of Allah. This is the stage of redemption.
...This is among the ways of helping to release captives, that is, there should be some people who are serious about finding hostages to redeem them
Third Stage: Hostages and Exchanges of Prisoners.

In the 2nd year of Hijriyyah, the Prophet sallallaahu a Alaihi wa Sallam sent sariyah under the command of Abdullah bin Jahsh - may Allah bless him -, to coincide with the last day of the month of Rajab which is an unlawful month.

He sallallaahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam gave a closed letter to them and ordered not to open it until 2 days after leaving the city of Medina. This story is quite popular in the books of siroh and commentaries, from this story it is the background of the downfall of the word of Allah Ta'ala:

يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الشَّهْرِ الْحَرَامِ قِتَالٍ فِيهِ قُلْ قِتَالٌ فِيهِ

They ask you about the unlawful month (what is the law) fighting in it, say: "Fighting in that month is a great sin ..." (QS. Al-Baqarah: 217)

The martyr of this story, that Sa'ad bin Abi Waqqosh and Utbah bin Ghozwan - may Allah bless them both, lost their two camels in enemy territory. They also do a search to trace their tracks.

When Abdullah bin Jahsh and his companions returned with two prisoners and the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa Sallam wanted to return the two captives to the Quraysh, he remained silent until his lost friends, Sa'ad and Utbah return and set the two captives as hostages.

This is among the means of help in freeing captives, that there should be some people who are serious about finding hostages to redeem them. This stage applies if Muslims do not have troops to defend the Muslims and move to free the prisoners from the hands of the enemy as we are now.
...when news of the arrest and killing of Uthman - may Allah bless him -, the Commander of the sallallaahu a Alaihi wa Sallam immediately revealed (stirred up enthusiasm) troops and took bai'at dead
Stage Four: Freeing the Prisoners with Strength and War

When the Islamic state was formed and the Islamic forces were united under the command of Muhammad Sallallaahu a Alaihi wa Sallam, they went out to Hudaibiyah and sent Uthman to meet with the people of Mecca to explain the purpose of their arrival, that they only wanted to carry out Umrah, not war.

then, when news of Uthman's arrest and assassination - may Allah bless him -, the Commander of the sallallaahu 'Alaihi wa Sallam immediately unleashed the troops and took bai'at dead, that they would not run away until Allah made a decision between themselves and the enemy - their enemies were the Quraysh who had captured and killed Uthman - may Allah bless him - (when news of his arrest and murder spread).

These are the four descriptions of how to free prisoners in the current phase, all of which can be done by the Mujahideen and their helpers with the permission of Allah - except the fourth one -, according to the conditions and abilities.
...For those who have experience about human rights for Muslims, sometimes he can help prisoners. And this, you know, can be done by some people who are members of Islamic organizations
People who are wealthy can just hire a few people to kidnap hostages and work together to free Muslim captives who are rightfully entitled to get help from every mulim who has the ability.

Today we hear about human rights institutions, some of which are in several Islamic countries, which are run by Muslims with the rules and methods they have made.

For those who have experience about human rights for Muslims, sometimes he can help prisoners. And this - the knowledge of Islam, can be done by some people who are members of Islamic organizations - he has rukhsoh to interact with these institutions -.

We accept any Muslim who is able to help the prisoners with what he is capable of and we will not condemn anyone for that.

There are also a number of councilors in Islamic societies that have syar'i and social positions, although he opposes the mujahideen either by provocation, insulting, dividing the jihadi congregation and interacting with the ministry of the interior, then he wants to help the prisoners, then it this is not why, because helping prisoners is mandatory for the public.

In terms of jihad, they are treated as the Prophet sallallaahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam used to treat those who had defeated him during the Uhud war, where he did not allow them (the bribes) to fight in Hamraatul Asad. In every maqom there are experts.
