During his reign, al-Hajib Al-Mansur built the city of Az-Zahirah and expanded the Qordoba mosque and renovated several lakes. Recorded in his time, al-Hajib Al-Mansur had built 213,077 houses for residents, 60,300 houses for leaders, ministers, writers and warlords, and 80,455 shops.
al-Hajib Al-Mansur was also very concerned about military matters. al-Hajib Al-Mansur had 46,000 caveleri soldiers and 100,000 Infantry.
al-Hajib Al-Mansur built a very strong naval fleet. Also factory ammunition and war equipment. Every year it can produce 13,000 shields, 12,000 bows, 20,000 bows, and 3,000 tents.
al-Hajib Al-Mansur had written the Qur'an with his right hand. Wherever he goes, he always carries it, read it all the time he has it.
Among kebiaasaan al-Hajib Al-Mansur is he always collects the fi sabilillah dust that sticks to his bed, then saves it in a box. al-Hajib Al-Mansur advised his family that the dust would be buried with him.

آثاره تنبيك عن أخباره
حتى كأنك بالعيان تراه
تالله لا يأتي الزمان بمثله
أبدًا ولا يحمي الثغور سواه
His legacy tells you about your presence
So as if you saw it with your head
For God's sake, there will not come an era like that
For ever, and no one is guarding the border beyond him.
