Answer:

May the peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be with you too.

Thank God, Amma Ba'du. Hayyakillah, welcome to Voa-Islam. May God always give blessings to all of us. Aamiin.

Brother Akhi Rizki Reza Saputra, a good question, and useful for other Muslims, who might also find a problem like akhi. Hopefully the questions that we answer make the spirit more enthusiastic and istiqamah on the sunnah of the Prophet.

The scholars have agreed on the illegitimacy of drawing animate living beings. Shaykh Sayyid Sabiq in his book Fiqh Sunnah Juz 3 p. 369 he said, "It is clear the noble hadith that is valid about the prohibition of carving sculptures and drawing animate creatures. Be it human, animal or bird, while drawing something that is a lifeless creature like plants or flowers and for example then it is permissible. "

Likewise putting pictures in the house, Shaykh Sayyid Sabiq also forbade him because he caused angels not to enter the house.

In line with Shaykh Sayyid Sabiq, Shaykh Salim bin Ied Al Hilali in his book Mausuuah Al Manaahisy Fi Shahiihis syar'iyah Sunnah An Nabawiyyah he also forbids animate images, "Unlawful images and paintings (creatures that are animate because they rival God's creations). The artisan will then be adhered to in hellfire on the Day of Judgment and will be instructed to live up to what he has made. "

As for the arguments - the real picture about the Haram and installing it in the house, including the following:

(1). Ayesha radhiallahu anha said: The Messenger of Allah entered my house while I had just closed my house with a curtain on which there were pictures. When he saw it, then his face changed (angry) and then pulled the curtain until it broke. Then he said:

إِنَّ مِنْ أَشَدِّ النَّاسِ عَذَابًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الَّذِينَ يُشَبِّهُونَ بِخَلْقِ اللَّهِ

"Surely the man who is most severely tortured on the Day of Resurrection is those who are like the creatures of Allah." (Narrated by Al-Bukhari no. 5954 and Muslim no. 5525 and this is his lafazh).

In Muslim history:

"He (Aisha) put a curtain on which there were pictures, then the Messenger of Allah entered and pulled it out. He said, "So I cut the curtain and then I made two pillows from him." (Bukhari-Muslim).

(2). Hadith Jabir Radhiallahu Anhu he said:

نَهَى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الصُّوَرِ فِي الْبَيْتِ وَنَهَى أَنْ يَصْنَعَ ذَلِكَ

"The Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wasallam forbade the image in the house and he forbade making pictures." (HR. At-Tirmizi no. 1671).

(3). From Ali Radhiallahu Anhu he said:

"I made food and invited the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wasallam to come. When he came and entered the house, he saw that there was a picture curtain, so he immediately left while saying, "Surely the angels will not enter the house where there are pictures." (Narrated by An-Nasai no. 5256).

(4) From Abu Hurairah radhiallahu anhu he said: Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wasallam said:

لا تَدْخُلُ الْمَلائِكَةُ بَيْتًا فِيهِ تَمَاثِيلُ أَوْ تَصَاوِيرُ

"Angels will not enter the house where there are statues or pictures." (Narrated by Muslim no. 5545).

(5) From Abu Hurairah radhiallahu anhu he said:

"Gabriel alaihissalam asked permission from the Prophet then the Prophet said," Enter. "Then Gabriel replied," How do I want to enter while in your house there are curtains with pictures. You should eliminate the head-head part or you make it as a base that is used to lie down, because we angels do not enter the house in which there are pictures. "(HR. An-Nasai no. 5270).

Similar to this hadith from the hadith of Ayesha, a Muslim history, the hadith of Ibn Umar, the history of Al-Bukhari, and other hadiths.

Thus the hadith of the hadith which explains the prohibition on putting up a picture of animate in the house, then we should remind the Prophet Muhammad's warning to bless our home. Because decorating the house does not have to be by displaying photos, there are still many high-artistic ornaments that are more beautiful than displaying photos of family or charismatic figures.

Although we do not deny, there are some scholars who still allow to display photos on the grounds that the works of painting and photography are different. Photography is a game of light as a mirror. So it can't be onequate with paintings that paint directly by hand.

It's just that, in the case of installing animate image in the house, whether the picture is from a painting or a photograph of a camera, opinions that forbid are stronger and closer to the truth. That truth belongs to God if there is an error because we are personal. Know 'nature.
